Decaf French Roast
The dark color is acquired through extended roasting of Colombia Excelsos and Mexico Plumas to bring all the natural oil to the surface of beans. This produces a strong full, pungent coffee that is also known as Dark Italian. We use a natural water process to decaffeinate these coffees.
